Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the product is shipped or packed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

2. Order Cancellation by Urja Exim

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Incorrect pricing or typographical errors.
• Payment or verification failure.
• Any other condition where fulfilling the order is not feasible.

If we cancel your order, any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
