2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only when all of the following are true:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described on the product page.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- You provide clear evidence such as photos or videos showing the defect.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds in the following cases:
- The product has been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery.
- The complaint is raised after the 48-hour window.
- The issue resulted from improper storage or handling after you received the product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request and verify the issue:
- We will review the evidence you provided and may request additional information.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Important: Refund processing time depends on your payment provider. The refund may appear in your account earlier or slightly later than the timeframe above.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the product name, the date you received the product, and a short description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos or video that show the damage or defect.
6. Replacement & Exchanges
If a replacement is available and you prefer that option, we will arrange to ship a replacement product after we verify the issue. Shipping costs for replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Additional Notes
- Please keep the original packaging and any accessories until the refund process is complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the provided evidence is insufficient or if we detect misuse.
